Please note that when you start the Info Tool from the VTP, you will probably get a popup containing a security warning. In this popup, uncheck "Always ask before opening this file", then click Open and the Info Tool should work as expected. Unfortunately, this has to be done every time you run the Info Tool. We know this might be annoying but this is a Microsoft/SAP security setting we currently can't change.
